Butterfly Technology (Shenzhen) Limited was established to explore the opportunity of micro-display optical projector development.   Our predecessor was OMT Digital Display Technology (Shenzhen) Limited.   We are a leading optical component and module manufacturer in the world and among the first group of companies that have successfully developed micro-projector based on micro-display technologies.

We have always dedicated ourselves to the progress of micro-display industry.   In October 2005 we developed the first 1080P LCoS optical engine in China.   At CES January 2008 we introduced the first business projector with the size of a business card.   In June 2008 we launched the world's first mobile phone with embedded projector together with our partners.   We have developed a large amount of IPs and own many important patents in China and the world.   Over the years we have not only developed micro-projector design, but also the core technologies on key components and enabled mass production of such products cost-effectively.

Our success came from our core technology capabilities, state of the art equipment and facilities,and years of hard work in R&D and manufacturing.   Our ultimate goal is to provide our worldwide customers the optimal micro-projector solutions.
